Paul Groteboer

Paul brings over 25 years of mortgage lending experience to Members, having worked with respected regional and national financial institutions throughout his career. He helps borrowers from first-time to seasoned homeowners navigate the mortgage process with confidence and clarity. He holds a B.S. in Finance & Management from Minnesota State University-Mankato.

Known for his honest, approachable style and strong attention to detail, Paul specializes in guiding members through both straightforward and complex lending scenarios.

“Buying or refinancing a home is a big decision,” says Paul. “My job is to listen first, communicate clearly, and help members find a mortgage solution that fits their goals.”

Originally from Southeastern Minnesota, Paul and his family now call Northern Minnesota home. He’s passionate about serving local communities and building lasting relationships with members, real estate professionals, and business partners throughout the region.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. You’ll often find him boating, snowmobiling, ATV riding, fishing, hunting, or skiing—making the most of every Minnesota season.
