1 To be eligible, the loan must be approved and funded by December 31, 2024. Refinance of an existing Members loan will not be eligible for this promotion. At Members’ discretion, this promotion may be discontinued at any time without notice. Rates are dependent on credit history, down payment, collateral, loan amount and term length.

Members Cooperative Credit Union lends to Minnesota and Wisconsin residents only and property used as loan collateral must be within the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Access is subject to the availability of the internet, cellphone and network coverage and plans, and typical service interruptions stemming from your providers or the credit union’s providers.
