This fall, we’re moving our North Branch location to 38807 9th Ave. We’re excited for the changes and the opportunity to provide our North Branch-area members with an updated facility that’s built to last for many years to come.

Recent updates
September 2024: Progress is moving quickly on the interior and exterior work for the new facility!
July 2024: Things are moving right along! Our plans are expected to be approved by the city in August. We plan to start interior/exterior construction that month, with an opening in late Fall.

May 2024: We’re currently in the planning and drawing phase with our architect, working to finalize the internal and exterior plans for the new location. Construction, approval, and environmental factors can still shift our timeline. As we receive site, floor, and exterior elevation plans, we’ll continue to share them on this page.
Current timeline:
- Planning Phase: February – July
- City submittal process
- Drawing Phase: April – August
- Working with consultants – Interior design, engineers, etc.
- Construction Phase: July – October
- July – Interior construction starts
- August – Exterior construction starts
We’ve been busy working with our architect to develop a design that will fit the needs of our members and future members in North Branch and the surrounding area. As you can see, we’ve also started some light demo work, removing old counters and beginning to prepare the area for renovation.
