PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: This promotion is only available to entrants who participate during the Promotional Period, beginning 12:00 p.m. CST on September 16, 2025, and ending at 11:59 p.m. CST on September 29, 2025.

TO ENTER: Upon completion of the Members Cooperative Credit Union Member Survey, participants are automatically entered into the giveaway. Alternatively, individuals may email memberservice@membersccu.com during the Promotional Period to receive one entry form, which must be completed and returned to the credit union by 11:59 p.m. CST on September 29, 2025. Only one entry is permitted per person; and entrants may only win one prize giveaway.

ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be at least 18 years old as of the date of entry and a legal resident of Minnesota or Wisconsin with a valid government-issued identification. Employees, directors, and volunteers of Members Cooperative Credit Union and their immediate family or household are not eligible. By entering, the entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the credit union.

RANDOM DRAWING: The potential prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from amongst all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The random drawing will be conducted between September 30, 2025, and October 1, 2025. The winner will be notified via email or phone no later than October 2025, and will require that the winner respond by email or phone to coordinate the execution of a publicity release form. Giveaways will either be deposited into the winner’s share account or be issued in the form of a check sent to the address on file at Members Cooperative Credit Union or an alternate address provided by the winner. The fair market value of each giveaway is the cash value of the giveaway. Once an entrant wins one of the giveaways included in this promotion, they will not be eligible for subsequent giveaways included in this promotion. The odds of winning are contingent on the number of eligible entries received and are all equal. If a winner is disqualified, cannot accept the giveaway, or rejects the giveaway, the credit union at its sole discretion may decide whether to offer the giveaway to an alternate winner. Giveaways are not transferable or exchangeable.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND PUBLICITY: Winner, by entering this giveaway and accepting the giveaway, is granting Members Cooperative Credit Union the right to use and release their name and photo in connection with advertising of this promotion, and accordingly must sign a publicity release form. Winner is responsible for any applicable local, state, or federal tax implications resulting from the acceptance of the giveaway. By participating in the promotion, entrants waive, release, and hold harmless the credit union and all related entities and their employees, volunteers, directors, and agents, from and against any and all claims, actions, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury or death, arising directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participating in this promotion or from the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of a prize. Members Cooperative Credit Union makes no warranty with respect to any prize or any part thereof.

GENERAL: The credit union reserves the right to end this promotion at any time and for any reason or to modify the Promotional Period or otherwise modify the entrant requirements and restrictions. This promotion is governed by all applicable state and federal laws, any dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. This promotion is void where restricted or prohibited by law.
